INTRODUCTION
Our road to the Good Life starts with two simple ideas: First, our primary goal is to provide premium, affordable products for our customers. Enthusiastic, loyal customers will explode your business.

Can you imagine the ripple effect of offering people top quality products with a recognizably high value for the dollar? Satisfied customers would want to share these products with others.

Second, we want to give those who desire it, a viable opportunity to make money by providing a fair, simple and generous compensation plan. We know that if distributors make good money right away, then it opens the door for truly massive growth.

You can see from the chart below that we pay out 60% commission on the first two levels and up to 10% on the third level and down.

Critically, that can be good money quickly for part-time distributors!

Definitions:

TOTAL TEAM VOLUME
Total Team Volume is the cumulative total of all Commissionable Value (CV) in your entire organization, including your own personal CV. Qualifications for commissions paid on Infinity Bonuses and Leadership Bonuses are in part based upon the amount of Total Team Volume you and your team generate each month.


COMMISSIONABLE VALUE (CV)
All Good Life products are assigned a Commissionable Value (CV). To qualify for commissions in any given month, you must generate a certain amount of Personal CV. Personal CV is generated from two types of orders: 1) Your OWN product purchases, and 2) the product purchases made by your retail CUSTOMERS (Silver Level Only). Retail customers are not distributors.

NOTE: Some Good Life products, such as our marketing materials, do not have a CV assigned to them.

AUTOSHIP (A/S)
Besides the convenience of having your qualifying order shipped to you automatically every month AND receiving a discount on your purchases, Autoship is an integral part of the Financial Plan. We'll cover the details below, but for now keep in mind that in order to take full advantage of the opportunities the Financial Plan offers, you and your team should participate in the Autoship program.

An Autoship order can be set up at the time you become a distributor. It is part of the application process. You can manage your Autoship orders through a special Autoship feature we have designed for you that is in your Back Office.

So, what is the EASIEST way to make money with this powerful program?
Introduce people to Good Life products and encourage them to be your customer by placing an order. You earn 45% commission on every customer order, which at 20 CV per bottle equals $9 commission per bottle for the Mega Products. And Good Life ships it directly to your customer.
 

Just for illustration purposes, let's say that over time you find twenty (20) customers who order four (4) bottles per month for their family. You earn 45% of 1,600 Sales Volume (CV) or $720 per month.
 

Now let's say that next month five (5) of your customers become distributors and each find twenty (20) customers who order four (4) bottles per month for their family. You earn 15% of 8,000 CV or $1,200, plus you still earn $540 on your own remaining 15 customers.
 

That's $1,740 per month!

You begin your journey as a Qualified Silver Distributor. You move up the ladder to Gold, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Double Diamond, and Platinum Diamond as you help others. The greater the number of people you help, the greater your level of achievement can be.


RANK LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS

As indicated in the chart above, there are six basic rank levels in the Good Life Compensation Plan. You begin as a Silver Distributor. As you sponsor more people into your organization you can rise to Gold, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Double Diamond and ultimately Platinum Diamond..

The various rank levels are defined as follows:

Qualified Silver Distributor


A distributor with at least 40 CV, personal or retail. A Silver distributor is qualified to receive the full 15% commissions on Level 1.

Qualified Gold Distributor

A distributor on Autoship for at least 40 CV. A Gold distributor is qualified to receive the full 15% commissions on Level 1 and 45% on Level 2.

Ruby Distributor

A distributor on Autoship for at least 60 CV and has at least two (2) personally enrolled Qualified Gold Distributors. This distributor is qualified to receive 15% commissions on Level 1 and 45% on Level 2, PLUS 3% unblockable commissions on Level 3, and up to 3% potential commissions to infinity.

Emerald Distributor

A distributor on Autoship for at least 80 CV, has at least four (4) personally enrolled Qualified Gold Distributors, and a Total Team Volume of $1,500 (no more than 40% of $1,500 qualifying volume may come from one leg). This distributor is qualified to receive 15% commissions on Level 1 and 45% on Level 2, PLUS 6% unblockable commissions on Level 3, and up to 6% potential commissions to infinity.

Diamond Distributor

A distributor on Autoship for at least 80 CV, has at least six (6) personally enrolled Qualified Gold Distributors, and a Total Team Volume of $7,500 (no more than 40% of $7,500 qualifying volume may come from one leg). This distributor is qualified to receive 15% commissions on Level 1 and 45% on Level 2, PLUS 10% unblockable commissions on Level 3, up to 10% potential commissions to infinity, the Leadership Generational Bonus, and one (1) share of the Diamond Coaches Pool.

Double Diamond Distributor

A distributor on Autoship for at least 80 CV, has at least ten (10) personally enrolled Qualified Gold Distributors, and has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Diamond each (both within the first three levels), and has a Total Team Volume of $50,000 (no more than 40% of $50,000 qualifying volume may come from one leg). This distributor is qualified to receive 15% commissions on Level 1 and 45% on Level 2, PLUS 10% unblockable commissions on Level 3, up to 10% potential commissions to infinity, the Leadership Generational Bonus, and three (3) shares of the Diamond Coaches’ Pool.

Platinum Diamond Distributor

AA distributor on Autoship for at least 80 CV, has at least fifteen (15) personally enrolled Qualified Gold Distributors, and has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Double Diamond each (both within the first three levels) OR four (4) Diamonds in at least three (3) different legs (also within the first three levels) and a Total Team Volume of $100,000 (no more than 40% of $100,000 qualifying volume may come from one leg). This distributor is qualified to receive 15% commissions on Level 1 and 45% on Level 2, PLUS 10% unblockable commissions on Level 3, up to 10% potential commissions to infinity, the Leadership Generational Bonus, and six (6) shares of the Diamond Coaches’ Pool.


BASIC COMMISSIONS ON LEVELS 1 AND 2

The foundation of the Good Life plan is product sales, not recruiting. That's why our generous 60% Level 1 and 2 commissions have no recruiting requirements!

In order for a Silver distributor to qualify for commissions on Level 1, in any given month, he or she must either personally purchase, or have customers purchase, at least 40 CV of product. In order to qualify for commissions on Level 2 he or she must qualify as a Gold Distributor.

For example, if you purchase two (2) bottles of Mega Noni Plus (20 CV each), OR if one of your customers purchases the same, that order generates 40 Personal CV, and you are fully qualified for commission on Level 1. If you meet the qualifications for Gold, you are paid on Levels 1 and 2.

To qualify for Infinity Bonuses on Level 3 and down, there are additional requirements for each distributor rank. These requirements include a higher CV requirement, having a monthly Autoship order in place, and meeting specific recruiting and Team Volume requirements. See below for details.


INFINITY BONUS COMMISSIONS

Not only can you earn an amazing 60% commission on just your first two levels, you can also earn up to 10% on your third level down through infinite levels on your TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More)!

Infinity Bonuses begin on the third level. Depending on your rank level, you earn:

Ruby 3%
Emerald 6%
Diamond 10%

Your Level 3 commissions are "un-blockable". That means that if you are a Diamond you ALWAYS receive 10% commissions on Level 3 volume. Emeralds ALWAYS receive 6% and Rubies ALWAYS receive 3% commissions on their Level 3 volume.

Beginning on the fourth level, it becomes a Shared Infinity Bonus. “Shared” means that if there are Ruby and Emerald distributors below you in any given leg, you share the 10% total Infinity Bonus with them.

The chart above illustrates commissions for a SINGLE LEG. It shows Level 1 and 2 commissions, unblockable Level 3 commissions, and Shared Infinity commissions. Let's say you are the Diamond at the top of the leg. The first column to the right of the D identifies the commission percentages you would earn all the way down that leg. The second column shows what the Emerald Distributor would earn all the way down that leg. And the third column shows what the Ruby Distributor would earn all the way down that leg.


DIAMOND LEADERSHIP GENERATIONAL BONUSES

As you develop Diamonds in your organization, you can qualify for the Diamond Generational Bonus. This pays very deep into the organization, creating powerful residual bonuses that reward leaders. The Leadership Generational Bonus pays 3% on EVERY level through four generations of Diamonds.

The first generation begins on the THIRD level of the FIRST Diamond in each leg of your organization (remember, you receive up to 10% Infinity Bonus on that Diamond’s first two levels). The Diamond Generational Bonus continues to the THIRD level of the FIFTH Diamond in each leg (why the third level? because not until the third level does your fourth Diamond begin earning 3% on your fifth Diamond's legs).

The chart below may help. Do you see where the 3% begins on the 1st Generation and ends on the Fifth Generation?

DIAMOND COACHES' POOL

The purpose of this pool is to reward and encourage teamwork and coaching.  In addition, it is to reward our distributor partners for their help in building the company. The Diamond Pool Bonus is paid monthly.

In each month that a minimum of 500,000 Total Company CV is reached, Good Life contributes 3% of the Total Company CV that month to the Diamond Coaches Pool.

A Platinum Diamond qualifier receives six (6) shares in the Pool, a Double Diamond receives three (3) shares in the Pool, and a Diamond receives one (1) share in the Pool.
